Order Cancellation Policy

At The Jacket Cart, we understand that customers’ plans may change after placing an
order. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have created this Order Cancellation
Policy.

You have a 24-hour free cancellation window after receiving your order confirmation. AfterDuring
this period, cancellation fees may apply.

How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, email us at ask.thejacketcart@gmail.com within 24
hours after receiving your order confirmation.

ā— If your order has not entered the processing stage, you will receive a full refund.
ā— Once processing or production begins (especially for custom jackets), the cancellation
terms below will apply.

Cancellation Windows & Charges

ā— Within 24 hours (Day 1): Eligible for a full refund (0% fee).
ā— After 24 hours (Day 2–Day 4): A 30% cancellation fee will apply.
ā— After 4 days (96+ hours): A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Shipped Orders

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
However, once you receive the order, you may use our 30-day Return & Exchange Policy
to return the item and request a refund or exchange (subject to terms & conditions).

Important Notes

ā— Customised/Personalised Jackets: Once production begins, these orders are
non-cancellable and non-refundable under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
ā— Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment
method within 7–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank/payment method)

ā— Time Reference: All time frames are calculated from the order confirmation email timestamp.
