Return & Exchange Policy

At The Jacket Cart, our goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Each jacket is crafted and inspected carefully before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes issues can arise, so we’ve designed a fair and transparent return policy.

1. Return Eligibility (Within 30 Days)

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The jacket is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You provide a valid reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, damaged item, or incorrect order).

Jackets returned simply because they were “not liked” or due to a “change of mind” are not eligible for return.

Once the 30-day window has passed, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests.

2. Return Approval Process

To start your return:

with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email.

Ship the item using the provided details. The product must reach us in the same condition as received.

Please note:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If the jacket fails quality inspection (used, damaged, tags missing, or worn), the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Wrong size (if the requested size is available).

Wrong or defective product received.

All exchanges follow the same inspection and approval process as returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-made or personalized jackets

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

Jackets returned after use, washing, or tag removal

6. Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy conditions.

We document every order with photos and videos before dispatch to ensure quality verification.

In case of dispute, visual evidence of the shipped product will be reviewed.
