In summary:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the jacket is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags.
“Change of mind” or “not liked” reasons are not eligible for returns.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes inspection.

Our return facility is based in Pakistan. Customers returning an item will receive the return address and instructions upon approval of their return request.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
● Within 24 hours (Day 1): Eligible for a full refund (0% fee).
● After 24 hours (Day 2–Day 4): A 30% cancellation fee will apply.
● After 4 days (96+ hours): A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded until received and inspected under the return process.
8. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made jackets are produced according to customer specifications.
Because they are made to order, custom jackets cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production begins.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, product designs, and content on The Jacket Cart are the exclusive property of our brand.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our material is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Jacket Cart is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
